Kara & Davids: Little Church of La Villita Wedding

Downtown weddings in San Antonio are always gorgeous, especially with this amazing couple. The wedding day started in the heart of downtown at the Little Church of La Villita. The ceremony was beautiful and intimate and the city was full of life as everyone celebrated Saint Patrick’s day. As we walked back to the reception, we had a lot of fun taking pictures on the river walk as a small river parade was taking place and everyone who passed cheered for the newlyweds. The night ended at the beautiful Hotel Contessa
and was full of dancing and an amazing heartfelt speech by the Father of the bride that had everyone in tears. It was a night to remember!

Adam & Monica: Bella Springs Wedding

Adam and Monica planned a beautiful wedding and their hard work planning really showed through their beautiful decor and beautiful wedding day. We loved watching Monica read the note her husband wrote to her as tears filled her eyes and she smiled. We also loved seeing Adam get their son Noah ready as all the guys were preparing for the ceremony. Noah was definitely one of the cutest ring bearers as he walked down the aisle with his sign that read “Daddy, wait till you see Mommy”. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful ceremony as sunset was falling and the couple said I do. I really admired the wooden bench Adam created for the wedding and the wooden sign that hung behind them in the ceremony. One thing I loved about the wedding was the way they really had fun on the dance floor and weren’t shy about showing it. The decor was perfect and the cake table was spectacular (even though the grooms cake was a Denver Brono’s cake). As a cowboys fan, I won’t hold it against you Adam! Thank you again for sharing the special day with us.

Ilyssa & Ademar: San Fernando Cathedral Wedding

The San Fernando Cathedral is one of the most beautiful churches in San Antonio but it was especially beautiful with this wedding. As the ceremony started, I didn’t even have to turn around to know that Ilyssa was coming down the aisle because Ademar was in a full smile with emotion filling his eyes as he saw his bride for the first time that night. The ceremony was beautiful and we had some left over time after the ceremony to get the must have shot in front of the church. One of my favorite moments was during the reception when Ilyssa and Ademar had their first dance because they also planned a surprise awesome break out dance in between to get the crowd cheering. Also, this couple wins best grooms cake of the year award because they had a must-see Empire State Building grooms cake! You have to check it out.

Congrats again Ilyssa and Ademar!
